New customers

Register free on line (saving £10) by filling out the registration form, call our office on 0800 2300 266 or email Claire@holidays4dogs.co.uk

• We will take full details of your dog & dates required. We will then match your dog´s to one of our local available carers.
• We will call you back to provide details & let you know your dog’s carer will be giving you a call.
• You will receive a call direct from your dog’s carer & a meeting will be arranged for you & your dog to meet up with the carer as soon as possible.
• You will receive by post or email if preferred, full details of our service & how to book following your visit.
• If you are 100% happy with your carer you would then be ready to book with us. Just fill out the booking form provided and return to Holidays 4 Dogs head office no later than 4 days after your meeting together with your booking fee (Cheque, Credit/Debit Card or Direct Transfer payment).
• Once received by post we will contact you to let you know everything is confirmed & your dog’s carer will be expecting you.
• Drop off times are arranged directly with your dog's carer. Drop off and collection times are flexible but must be agreed with your dog’s carer.
• When you drop your dog/s off you will then pay the Carer fee directly to your dog's carer. They will already have your dog's care details supplied by Head office
• Go away with complete peace of mind and have a wonderful holiday. Contact your dog’s carer any time you like for an update or request SMS updates.
• Following your dog's stay you will be asked to provide feedback & be given a login. With this you can log on at any time to repeat book with the same carer & enjoy all the benefits of being a Holidays 4 Dogs Member.

Existing customers Online

• Once you have paid for your first holiday with a carer you can make future bookings with that carer using the members section of this web-site.
• Once logged in you can see a list of all your upcoming holidays and book new ones. When booking a holiday you will be presented with a calender of availability for each carer.
• Remember all carer availability & bookings requested are ‘live’, you must please realise if you do not book now then somebody else may. First come first served basis.
• No bookings are accepted unless they are placed on the members web-site or through the Holidays 4 Dogs Head office. A discussion with the carer does not secure your dog’s holiday. Holidays 4 Dogs cannot be held responsible for any holiday request we did not know about.
• If speaking to your carer we strongly suggest that you book these dates through the members site immediately. If you cannot get access to a computer call 0800 2300 266 straightaway otherwise you may find the carer is already booked.

Existing customers by Phone

• Call Head office on 0800 2300 266 & we will check ‘live’ availability with your dog's carer for you & make a request for you. Once we have an answer from your dog’s carer we will confirm with you that this is OK & take payment from you to secure your dogs holiday.

Useful information

• Contact numbers are very important so please try to provide us with as many as possible, in case we need to get hold of you urgently.
• Provide enough food and medication available for your dog's stay.
• Clearly label all medication and provide clear instructions.
• Provide collars and current tags for each dog.
• Be truthful - explain about any aggression problems.
• You may want to leave an item of your clothing with your pet for comfort.
• Call your personal carer as soon as you can to let them know you are on your way back; if you've been delayed.
• It is advisable to drop your pet off in plenty of time to allow them to settle in before you leave. Do remember to bring familiar bedding, toys etc - even something to remind them of you!
