Meet your dog’s carer before you book a dog stay.
We offer a personal home from home stay, which is local to you. You will be able to visit your dog’s carer before making a booking. Your dog will be the only dog staying with his, or her, carer. We never share accommodation with dogs from other families. Therefore, owners can rest assured their dog will receive one-to-one attention and tailored care to suit the individual. You will also get regular updates throughout your dog’s stay.
Guest dogs are treated as part of the family and stay in a warm, comfortable home (Strictly NO kennels). Lots of extra love and cuddles will be on offer to help them feel at home. Your carer will follow your dog’s usual routine when it comes to mealtimes, exercise, playtime and bedtime.
We initially speak to prospective new carers over the telephone. We find an informal chat helps us get to know the person inquiring and we can also provide applicants with more information. If we feel an applicant meets our exacting requirements, we then conduct a home visit.
If carers have their own dogs, these are also evaluated for their suitability to mix with guest dogs. We know our customers expect the very best for their pets. Looking after them is a both a responsibility and a privilege. Therefore, we accept only the very best people to take care of our guest dogs.
Most importantly, our trusted carers are true dog lovers who genuinely love having different canine characters to stay in their homes. You can be guaranteed your dog will have a wonderful time with one of our caring hosts.
Our fees start from £31 per day when booked online via our members site.
Payment is only taken after you have met your chosen dog carer and you are happy to go ahead.
