Claire started Holidays4Dogs with just a handful of local carers back in 2006 following a post graduate career within Medical product development. Claire has been a life-long lover of animals, especially dogs and horses. She is rarely happier than when walking her four dogs, riding her horse around the farm where she lives or being with her family. Claire is Mum to four children of University age and enjoys socialising, time at home and world travel.
Office Manager, Customer Services & Accounts Assistant
Sallyanne is a very experienced full-time member of our team who has also studied accountancy alongside her work. Sallyanne has a keen interest in amateur dramatics, singing and of course hers and her husband’s own dogs, Greyhound x Whippet ‘Rodney’ (a regular in the H4D office) and ‘Rex’ the Collie x. Customer Services, Carer Recruitment & Social Media
Jo joined us in February 2013 quickly becoming an invaluable team member. Jo brings with her extensive experience in customer care and, along with all our ladies offers excellence in customer service. Jo carries out most of our initial carer interest phone interviews and knows her stuff. New carers need to get past Jo first before being sent an application pack! A Yorkshire farmer’s daughter born and bred, Jo has reared her own beef herd and, when spare time allows, enjoys photography, shooting, keeping fit and is a qualified sports masseur.
Customer Services and Carer Recruitment
Martha (or Sam as she’s known by most!) is devoted Mum to Crumpet and Daisy her two terrier x’s and a huge dog lover (essential to working in our office of course!). Martha works full time in the Holidays4Dogs office and brings with her a great deal of experience in customer care and a background in insurance. She is an experienced rider and plays a keen role in the local riding club including running her own yard and competing in riding club dressage competitions and even rides side-saddle!
What Louise doesn’t know about customer service and commitment to a high quality service is not worth knowing! Louise is Mum to ‘Coco’ the Springer Spaniel and two University aged boys. Coco and Louise first came across Holidays4Dogs as a client and was also well known and liked socially by girls in the office. As well as being a familiar face in the Holidays4Dogs office Louise also runs her own very successful Events Business. Great for Christmas parties!
Loobie was a welcome addition to the team in 2015 and has a lovely welcoming smile and a brilliant telephone manner with all owners and carers. When Loobie isn’t in the H4D office she is running around after her busy husband and three teenage girls. She also brings fantastic cakes into the office for a naughty mid-week treat!
Lucy is busy Mum to baby ‘Alfie’ and ‘Dotty’. Lucy came to us fresh from the farm back in March 2013 and quickly established herself as a characterful member of the Holidays4Dogs office. When not arranging holidays for our pampered pooches Lucy is an active young Mum and can often be found up at the crack of dawn out riding her horse, mucking out or getting involved in the farm.
Sam joined our team in June 2016 and has a background in customer service and health & safety. She too owns 2 dogs; Jack the Sprocker & Bella who is a terrier x. Sam is a busy working Mum with three active school aged children. Dogs, kids and a hubby to take care of use a lot of her time.
