In order for you to find your dog’s most perfect carer you will need to register your interest via our Membership site. Tell us as much about your dog as possible, likes, dislikes, routine and preferences so that carefully matched local carers can be suggested.

Select a suitably matched and available dog carer online (Online discount applies) or call our office and talk to one of our experienced team. Choose a local carer and we'll check their availability for you.

Once we have received confirmation that your preferred carer is available, we will ask them to invite you and your dog over for a visit.
We understand that leaving your dog with somebody new can be a worrying time, the visit is a great place to discuss your dog’s needs in more detail and go over any concerns that you may have, let your carer put your mind at ease and start to build up a relationship with them.
We also highly recommend going for a walk at the visit allowing you to see the area that your dog would be staying in and also ensures that the carer can manage your dog on the lead.

Once you have met a carer and you are 100% happy with your choice, it is now time to confirm your dog’s holiday.
A booking fee is taken to secure the holiday dates, details of our fees can be found here. No payment is taken until you are completely happy with your choice.

Once a holiday is confirmed you will be asked to provide further details that are passed onto your selected carer. These include an emergency contact, your dogs registered Vets, microchip details and proof of vaccinations.

At the time of the holiday we ask that you drop your dog off at the carers home, we recommend that this is done during daylight hours so that your dog's carer can take your dog on a settling walk and provide them with their evening meal.
We ask you to provide your dog's own food, bed, leads, bowls, toys, treats, medication and anything else that they may need during their holiday.
You will also be required to directly pay your dog's carer at the time of drop off (cash or direct transfer)

Our carers are experienced dog lovers who pride themselves on providing only the very best quality of care. Keep in touch with your dog's Carer while you are away receiving updates and photos via Whatsapp or email.
