Our dog Macy has been to see Linda several times and absolutely loves her time there. Linda is so sweet with her and even sends me pictures while we are gone to show us that Macy is doing just fine. We are so happy to have found this service and will continue to use Holidays4Dogs each time we travel on holiday.

It was the first time our dog Finn had been away we had a meeting with Barbara and John at their home first. The service they provided was excellent from booking to collection where we took home a very happy contented dog. Would highly recommend Holiday4dogs to anyone

I would highly recommend using Holidays4Dogs to anyone looking for boarding their dog. John and Barbara have been exceptional hosts to our Buckley on a number of occasions. I can leave on holiday or work trips confident my dog is in great hands and well tended to. I receive updates and even pictures of him enjoying his holiday whilst I enjoy mine. Great service provided, they treat Buckley as though he's part of their family.

The first time I have ever left my 15 year old Springer anywhere and he absolutely thrived. The match with his carers was perfect and they obviously loved and understood older dogs. They were also charming and reassuring to me too. I cannot recommend H4D more highly.  

Our dog, Maggie, has stayed with Barbara and John on several occasions and every time the service has been very personal and excellent. They take such wonderful care of Maggie that provides us real peace of mind. I have no hesitation in recommending Holidays 4 Dogs for carers that you can really trust.

Excellent service - our pet sitter Diana is very friendly and has proven to be very flexible in drop off and collection for our dog Cookie.  

Many thanks for arranging our 15 month old puppy Baxter's two week holiday, we were all a little anxious about leaving him for so long but with the great care from the lovely Isabel we need not have worried. I would highly recommend Holiday4Dogs efficient services to anyone.

Our friend recommended Barbara and John Keenan to look after our shin tzu Beau when we had two weeks holiday, we were apprehensive as we hadn't left her before , our fears were completely unfounded. While we were away we received pictures and updates which showed a very happy and contented dog. We can't praise Barbara and John enough such a lovely caring couple and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Beau has made two new friends as have we.

We used Holidays4Dogs after our regular dog carer moved and were so impressed. Our dog carer, Linda, was so accommodating and we know our dog was comfortable staying with her. The online form was very lengthy but anyone owning a pet would rather their potential carers knew every detail about their pet than very little - that way I knew our Hudson was going to be left in capable hands.

Annie is a rescue dog and scared of most things so we were very anxious about leaving her. She stayed with Jim and Lesley and what lovely people they are. They looked after her so well they sent pictures to us. She was looked after like their own. Couldn't have asked for better people will definitely recommend them. Annie has a new holiday home and we know she liked being with them.   Thank you Lesley and Jim for taking care of our Annie.

Amazing care for our nervous rescue dog, Sophie, while we were away for two weeks. I was anxious to leave her as she is so utterly dependent on me and is my shadow all day long. I needn't have worried as when we were away she just took to being John's shadow instead! Thank you John and Barbara for such excellent care and all the photo/email updates while we were away.

We booked our dog for a 10 day stay, and then discovered we had to go away again for a couple of days 2 days after we came back. Barbara and John went out of their way to accommodate our request and even looked after our dog themselves for a day! We knew that she was with a living couple who spoiled her whilst we were away. Thank you.

This was the first time we had left our one year old whippet with other people overnight (this was for a one week holiday break). We were very pleased with the service - before, during and after. The chosen carer was a perfect match for our dog. We were kept informed of progress during the stay which was reassuring. We would be very happy to use the service again and won't hesitate to recommend it to other dog owners. We had a good holiday but am sure the dog had an even better one !!

Leaving my 6 month old puppy for the first time was a huge worry. All my fears were needless after discovering this well run outfit. They understand our concerns and the care he received for nearly 5 days was exceptionally good, so much so that I intend to keep in touch with his carers as Murphy the schnoodle has made friends for life

Our Bruno stayed with Ann and her family in lovely surroundings in the countryside. He settled in right away and got loads of cuddles and exercise. We could not be more pleased and if we're going away again we would definitely let Bruno stay with Ann again. Thank you for a great service that comes highly recommended!

Everything was so professional and went swimmingly well from the first call to Holiday4Dogs right thru to us collecting Hector after his first stay. Everyone was so helpful/understanding in finding/matching us to the perfect carer in Jo and her special family. Judging from Hector's wagging tail, we were both encouraged and happy that we made the right decision as Jo and her family seemed so caring, so approachable and that gave immediate assurance that Hector was in good hands. We received texts and pics whilst we were away during Hector's second stay and that really made it for us - sooo happy you found Jo for us !! Lovely family and that comes from Hector too!

Using Holidays4Dogs could not have been easier, becoming a member and the booking process was effortless. It was so refreshing to speak to a company who obviously enjoy what they do and are dog lovers themselves. Being able to meet your prospective carer is a must and not all companies allow this, it’s important not only for you but that your animal feels comfortable and the carer will look after your pet as you would, this allows you to leave them and enjoy peace of mind, which you do not get with a kennel. Our Carers Ann and Les are wonderful, they treat Louie like family and really love having him even if it’s just a weekend. It’s great to know while we are away he is being looked after so well and gets to have different experiences to enjoy.

I have always been happy with the service from Holidays4Dogs. Our dog carers Ann and Les take great care of Barney when he visits and I would highly recommend them.

It was just so easy to make the booking and payments. Holidays4Dogs were always just a phone call away if I had any questions and our pet sitter was fantastic. I will highly recommended this company.

Absolutely brilliant holiday for my staffie Rosie. She enjoyed it so much! Chantal is wonderful! Bit afraid to say this as I might lose my holidays cos she's overbooked! The office couldn't be more helpful, bless you all! You've made my holidays guilt free and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My dog Phoebe has stayed twice with a very caring family. They enjoyed having her and she came home in excellent condition. I like the idea if an interview first so that Carer and owner can make sure both parties can get on. Phoebe is already booked in again for another stay with Holidays4Dogs.
