Dog Friendly Events And Festivals UK 2025
Holidays4Dogs has found some fantastic UK-wide dog friendly events for 2025. There are some fantastic locations and venues, to enjoy a fun-packed day with your dog. Something to look forward to this coming summer. Read on for details and links.
All About Dogs Shows – April, May and August 2025.
These fantastic dog shows will be taking place at Newbury and Newark showgrounds, as well as Hylands Park, Chelmsford, Norfolk and Sufflok showgrounds between April and August 2025. Royal Cornwall Show (and dog show).
This dog event is part of the Royal Cornwall Show and next year, takes place at the Royal County Showground, Wadebridge. The dates are 5th June (hounds and gundogs). 6th of June (pastoral, working and utility) the 7th of June (toy dogs and terriers). The dog show is for pedigree pooches only, (you will need to fill out an entry form if your dog is eligible).
There will be a mix of main arena events and displays for which any dog lover will enjoy. There’s also farm and agricultural villages, food and drink, shopping, steam rally and much more. Woofstock UK – June 2025
According to their website, Woofstock uk is a ” dog event like no other” and it’s back to delight crowds again for 2025. The weekend-long pooch-themed festival takes place at Powderham Castle, Exeter. The dates for this year are Friday 13th June to Sunday the 15th June. Tickets are on sale now.
Camping will be available and you can take your tent, or hire a luxury glamping tent. There will be live music on Friday and Saturday evenings. However, there is space away from the stages, where you can enjoy the music with your dog.

Dog Fest
These UK-wide festival will be held at various stately home locations over the summer period of 2025 (May to September). There will be loads of have-a-go activities, stunning countryside dog trails, plus demonstrations, expert advice, food drink and shopping.
Locations include Belvoir Castle, Leicestershire, Loseley Park, Surrey, Ragley Hall, Warwickshire, Tatton Park, Cheshire, Ashton Court, Bristol and Knebworth House, Hertfordshire. At each location, there will be two fun-packed days of pooch-related fun and will be a popular dog event in 2025. You can find out more and find out event dates here.
Paws in the Park
These popular dog events are held in Kent and Sussex and are back again for 2025. The Sussex show is held in May (17th and 18th) at the South of England showground. The Paws in the Park Kent show takes place on the 20th and 21st September 2025. You could spend the day, or you could plan a whole weekend of fun and games and camp overnight.
There will be some famous dog entertainment acts. As well as this, you and your dog will also be able to join in with many have-a-go activities. Here’s your chance to try flyball and agility. You can even test your dog’s ability in search and rescue.
Dogstival.
This fabulous day out for dogs will be held on 31st May and the 1st of June this year. The event is at Burley Park in the beautiful New Forest, so well worth a weekend away.
It will be packed full of entertainment, have-a-go activities and arena displays. This event also aims to be the greenest with a mission to halve CO2 emissions and encourage sustainable practices with lots of stalls and suppliers with green credentials. You can find out more by following the link.
Chatsworth country fair.
Located on the edge of the spectacular Peak District, Chatsworth country fair will be brimming with fun activities and all the usual fun of the fair – literally! There will be fun dog shows, main arena events with agility, food halls and shopping.
Chatsworth House provides a stunning backdrop for a super day out with your dog. The fun starts on the 29th August and runs over the weekend until 31st August. For more information and to book tickets – click here.
