When is the booking fee paid?

Your dog’s booking fee must be paid to Holidays4Dogs to confirm your dogs stay. Booking confirmation and payment is expected within 4 days of having met your dog’s carer.

Your dog’s boarding fee is made up of two parts –

1. The booking fee (part of the daily rate and not in addition to it).

2. The independent carer expenses – due when you deliver your dog to your carer and is paid directly to the carer by yourself – cash preferred (negotiable with individual carer).
