Thoroughly spray the spot and leave it for several minutes before rubbing with a cloth and then blotting up with kitchen paper or a towel.

Mix up the water and vinegar and pour the solution directly onto the soiled area. This will create that ‘fizz’, which will penetrate into the stain. After a few minutes, rub with a cloth and blot up excess moisture.
